Notes about the Church	A Grade 1 Listed Building. Parts of this church date back to Norman times. See the church website for further information. A mystery fire destroyed all the Parish Registers prior to 1813 for Baptisms and burials, And prior to 1837 for Marriages. Some of those records do exist in BT's however, for the following years:- 1609-10; 1616; 1620; 1624; 1630; 1670; 1721; 1734; 1738-9; 1742-3; 1745; 1747; 1749-50; 1750; 1755-7; 1765; 1769; 1771; 1773; 1775; 1779-1791; 1791-2; 1794-6; 1797-1800; 1802-6; 1807-15; and 1823-1824 for Marriages.
