Notes about the Church |
The Trim Street congregation first formed in 1672 and was the oldest dissenting meeting group in Bath. First meeting house was in Frog Lane in 1692 (analogous with New Bond Street) moving to Trim Street in 1795. Trim St Chapel sold into secular use in 1971. These records likely relate to both sites. Burials are said to relate to burial ground in Lyncombe Vale. Chapel is described variously as Presbyterian and Unitarian |
