NO FICHE. Not, apparently, the same as Combe Down Holy Trinity, see SHC catalogue notes: The parish was formed in 1840 out of Walcot. The church was destroyed in April 1942 and the dedication was transferred to the church of St.Paul which parish merged with St. Michael in 1952. The registers suffered during the fire and must be handled with care. |
